Due to overwhelming requests, we now offer direct access to our okazu pans and beignets through online purchase. Online orders are available for PICKUP ONLY from our Rainier Beach production kitchen (24 hours’ advanced notice required for online orders).

Our beignets are made from scratch, fried and dusted with our house made powdered sugar blend. Please be advised that it is ok to wait while your order is being made.

Ice cream inside our fried beignet dough topped with a beignet crisp and dressed with our powdered sugar blend. We proudly use organic, locally-sourced ice cream made by our Ballard-based partner Parfait.
